Delete Your Plant Doctor Account

How to request deletion

Open the app and go to Account tab → Delete My Account. This deletes your account and all associated data immediately and permanently — there is no waiting period, and it can't be undone. If you can't access the app (for example, you're locked out of your account), email getplantdoctor@gmail.com from the address associated with your account, with the subject "Delete my account", and we'll process it manually.

What gets deleted

Deletion takes effect immediately (or within 30 days if requested by email instead of in-app) and removes:

• Your account and login credentials
• Your saved plant scans, photos, and health history
• Your saved planting spaces and farm plans, including any AI-generated visualizations
• Your profile information (display name, role, referral code)
• Your Space Ranking leaderboard entry, if you submitted one

What isn't affected

Chat conversations with the AI assistant are already stored only on your own device, never on our servers, so there's nothing server-side to delete for those. If you have an active Pro subscription purchased through Google Play, deleting your Plant Doctor account does not automatically cancel that subscription — cancel it separately in the Play Store's subscription settings to stop future billing. Records of completed transactions may be retained by Google Play/RevenueCat per their own policies, independent of your Plant Doctor account.
